**Descriptif de l'entité et de l'activité**
The apprentice will join the Investor Relations team, within the Group Financial Department at the Head Office, in Paris.
The Investor Relations (IR) team (7 members) interacts with financial analysts and institutional investors in order to share the key elements of the Group’s strategy and explain its financial performance, and also communicate extensively about Group governance and the structure of its decisional process.
The department works in close relationship with the different Group finance teams, but also with the Group communication department, the Legal department, Shareholder service and the General Management. It reports directly to the Group CFO.
**Missions & Responsabilités**
The apprentice will be strongly involved daily in all missions and will be thus a full member of the team:
- Preparation of quarterly results’ announcement : slides and management report in French and English; Q&A
- Support on various projects : benchmarks, investors’ targeting, valuation model analysis, analyst report synthesis, share price performance analysis,etc
- Preparation of the Annual General Meeting’s file dedicated to the General Management, implying strong organization and coordination skills
- Whenever possible we encourage the apprentice to participate in investors and analysts’ meetings and conferences as a full member of the team
**Profil et compétences**
- Solid financial background
- Writing, analysis and synthesis capacities
- Ability to work quickly in a demanding environment
- Interest for financial news and financial markets
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills
- French native, Fluent in English
