**Job Description**:
Responsible for all integrations and onboarding (including deflagging) for all hotels under the Europe and North Africa umbrella for Premium, Midscale & Economy Brands (AccorInvest, Managed and Franchise). Ensure Hotels and Partners comply with the brands’ standards and compliance ahead of joining Accor.

Work collaboratively with Operational teams (SVPs and VPOs) to ensure seamless integration of all new properties within scope/remit for new build or rebranding. Act as the point of contact and take ownership of integrations, onboarding and deflagging across the network as well as their distribution.

Act as a mentor and manager to the team and drive efficiencies by using smarter tools and processes across the region. Share best practices with Operational teams and provide platforms to drive their efficiencies in reporting and contact management. Promote and drive optional services and trainings to Partners and Hotels ahead of their opening date.

**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Lead and supervise the overall integration and onboard and deflagging strategy for ENA hotels (all operating modes).
- Ensure each integration complies with brand standards and compliances before opening; working closely on the respective VPO who oversees the relationship with Partner/Hotel.
- Promote the Procurement, IT, and T&C Commercial toolkits to Partners and Hotels (new and existing to Accor), and if the service is selected, the implementation is carried out effectively and on time. Educate Hotels about support trainings on offer; training & systems, GM Onboarding etc.
- Ensure new Partners/Hotels are onboarding and receive the required know-how prior to the opening date.
- Work collaboratively with the Partner/GM to ensure since Day 1 has a good opening performance with the respective VPO (operational domain, distribution, sales strategy...)
- Encourage the streamline of platforms. TaskWorld is the integration and onboarding tool; and must be used for all retro-planning of the opening and deflagging. Platform to allocate tasks to Internal Departments (Development, Commercial, IT Support teams and VPOs) to ensure a seamline project.
- Ensure the wider team are ‘experts’ in TaskWorld and lead the way as Administrators for the projects.
- Work collaboratively with Digital Factory and IT Support team on deployment of new digital projects.
- Ensures the team are ‘experts’ within their pillar and share the know-how accordingly with respective VPos, with his teams all VPOs, Hotel GMs and Hotel HOD Teams
- Maintain awareness of the current market trends in general and in hospitality to ensure that Accor is responsive to the changing needs and can maximise opportunities in the Operations & Support Service environment.
- A proactive and keen learner of new Accor brands being launched and aware of the brand standards and compliances.

**Qualifications**:
**SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**:

- Strategic Mindset
- Experienced in team leadership and leading a team
- Good understanding of Operational know-how and stakes
- Good understanding of Commercial and IT systems (Distribution - CRS - PMS - Channels)

**EXPERIENCE NEEDED**:

- Bachelor’s Degree; MBA or other professional degree preferred
- Professionally qualified (MCIOB / APM or similar)
- Minimum of 5 years of PMO-related experience (ownership of projects)
- Extensive Hotel or Operational experience
- Language skills - French and English and/or one other European language
- Experienced (+15 years) in management of a sizeable number of branded hotels (Premium, Midscale & Economy brands preferably) with strong organisational skills
