**Job Description**:
6-month internship starting in January 2024 based in Accor Headquarters (Issy les Moulineaux).

**Your main responsibilities**:
**Build internal and external Employer Branding campaigns and assets to support Global Accor recruitment demand and ambition, and increase heartists’ retention.**
- Contribute to the launch of Accor new Employer Value Proposition (EVP) campaigns internally and externally by providing briefs to agencies and aligning with internal partner teams. Work closely with marketing teams to cascade Accor new EVP to top priority brands and provide guidance for brands to launch their own campaigns.
- Deploy an internal campaign highlighting the Talent’ Journey at Accor by creating compelling assets in partnership with Communications Teams and our agency.
- Contribute to shape the new Employee Advocacy strategy and program to turn employees into advocates by auditing existing mechanisms, analyzing external trends, and proposing relevant partnerships (e.g agencies, tools) and content (e.g social media training).
- Lead the organization of video and photo shootings to illustrate the new EVP in partnership with our agency and local teams.
- Work closely with Accor Talent Acquisition Digital Teams to build and launch our new careers website, and empower hubs to build their local careers pages. Analyze new website’s performance and provide recommendations based on takeaways.

You will have the opportunity to get involved in other Global Talent & Culture initiatives like career fairs and students’ challenges.

You are a team player, able to work effectively with transversal teams from across the globe. You have interests in social media and digital platforms and are eager to learn more Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition. You have a creative mindset with the ability to propose and execute communication campaigns**.**

**Level of studies**: preparing a bachelor or master’s degree
**Fields of Studies**: Communications, or Digital Marketing, or Human Resources, or Project Management
**Languages**: Fluent English both written and spoken, French is a plus but not mandatory.
**Competencies**:excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, drive for results and customer oriented.
