**Description du poste**:
En tant que Project Logistics Manager h/f, votre objectif principal est de diriger une activité rentable en stimulant le développement commercial et en garantissant des niveaux élevés d'excellence opérationnelle, de productivité et de satisfaction client. Vous assurerez également la direction et le leadership de l'unité de Project Logistics, afin de garantir la mise en œuvre des stratégies de l'entreprise.
**VOS RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Créer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de développement commercial afin d'acquérir de nouvelles affaires,
- Participer à l'élaboration de propositions de projets, en fournissant une expertise et des conseils en matière de logistique, le cas échéant,
- Élaborer un plan d'entreprise décrivant l'axe de développement de l'entreprise, développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies logistiques,
- Élaborer, mettre en œuvre et exécuter des cargaisons spéciales (marchandises diverses, équipements spéciaux, hors gabarit).
- Répondre aux besoins des clients dans divers domaines tels que l'énergie, les énergies renouvelables, la fabrication et l'industrie,
- Assurer l'excellence opérationnelle, la mise en œuvre de l'amélioration continue et le respect des exigences réglementaires et légales.
- Superviser et gérer les processus de gestion du changement au sein de l'entreprise afin de façonner l'avenir de l'unité de logistique de projet. Mener ses activités de manière durable afin de contribuer à l'initiative Net Zero Carbon de Kuehne+Nagel.
- Agir dans le respect de la sécurité en faisant preuve d'intégrité, d'honnêteté et de connaissances pour promouvoir la vision de la logistique de projet et la culture de Kuehne+Nagel.
**Description du profil**:
- Licence ou maîtrise en logistique ou expérience confirmée dans ce domaine d'expertise, connaissance approfondie des opérations logistiques, y compris le transport, la gestion de projets et l'élaboration de solutions,
- Expérience confirmée dans la réalisation d'objectifs opérationnels et financiers,
- Esprit d'entreprendre et solides compétences en matière de leadership et de gestion,
- Compétences en matière d'analyse, de communication et de planification stratégique, capacité à gérer des priorités multiples dans un environnement en constante évolution,
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, toute autre langue serait un atout.
