Ensure the hotline in the form of regular monitoring, on-call duty, remote telephone support, and travel (planned maintenance and repairs). Participate in projects to modernize the management of existing installations, from definition to commissioning

What we offer:

- Provide hot-line troubleshooting to customers
- Acquisition of technical knowledge of customer installations
- Maintaining availability of customer connection tools
- Support to field technicians and sales assistants
- Identify and analyze malfunctions, define corrective actions and monitor implementation
- Carry out a precise and written analysis of breakdowns impacting the process, and implement palliative means
- On site intervention with customers (preventive maintenance, corrective, after-sales service)
- Writing detailed reports (technical, analysis, intervention)

Tasks and Qualifications:
Qualifications and Requirements:

- advanced technician's certificate Electrotechnics or automation - Specialization or confirmed automation experience
- Mandatory: Siemens Technology (Step7/TIA Portal)
- Desirable: Schneider technology (PL7 Pro), Allen Bradley, Beckhoff, etc.
- Confirmed experience on industrial systems and processes
- Availability and flexibility
- Technical and conversational English

Personal Attributes
- Sense of organization and rigor in the work
- Good logic and analytical skills

Other Skills & Abilities:

- Knowledge in Microsoft Office IT tools
- Driving License essential
