Based in Grenoble (France), we have recently started operations our Verkor Innovation Centre (R&D centre and 4.0 pilot line).

We now focus on building the world’s most modern and efficient Gigafactory in Dunkirk (France). With this facility, our ambition is an initial annual production of 16 Gwh of lithium-ion batteries by 2025, thus powering 300,000 electric vehicles annually.

**About this role**:
We are currently looking for our future Technical Cleanliness Leader to join our future gigafactory located in Bourbourg, on the outskirts of Dunkirk (north of France)

As part of the Engineering Quality team, you will participate in ensuring best-in-class battery cells and modules.

You will use your expertise to identify all contamination-related risks, collect and analyze particles, conduct DOEs to specify the contamination impact at the product & process level, and implement countermeasures to reduce it.

You will have at your disposal a dedicated lab to analyze the particle contamination, find the root causes, and improve the organization

**Main responsibilities**:

- Build and manage the Technical Cleanliness team
- Drive contamination-related DOEs & support technical teams with associated product & process specification
- Lead the cleanliness audit
- Lead the cleanliness actions plans
- Facilitate Contamination FMEAs
- Conduct continuous technical cleanliness improvement plan using VDA 19
- Train Verkor collaborators on the technical cleanliness mindset

**Requirements for this role**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering with experience in Quality management in automotive sector or similar
- Aptitude to engage and influence other functions involved in facility management & operation & product/process development.
- Aptitude for training and summarizing complex topics
- Demonstrate ability to act in a changing and fast-paced environment
- Effectively manage priorities, deliverables, and timelines with little need for escalation
- Fluent French & English
- Continuous improvement and a solution mindset
- Highly organized, results-driven and an eye for details
