We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented marketing specialist, passionate about growth and proven in implementing data-driven strategies. As a member of the Marketing team, the Growth Marketing Manager will lead the Growth Team in charge of expanding Arturia’s customer base, increaserevenue, and grow maket share.

As such, your responsibilities will include:

- Team Leadership and Management: Lead a team of 3 direct reports, develop tools to optimize performance and achieve goals.
- Growth Marketing Strategy: Develop strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
- Customer Acquisition and Retention: Oversee the implementation of multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEA, digital advertising, social media, newsletters). Manage customer acquisition campaigns and improve conversion funnels.
- CRM: Define CRM scenarios to retain and maximize customer value.
- Complex Project Management: Supervise Amazon stores with the Sales team, work on the product life cycle, including launches, and coordinate with IT, QA, and R&D teams to meet marketing plans.
- Analysis and Performance: Collaborate with the data engineer to analyze KPIs and refine strategies. Produce reports for management, highlighting growth opportunities.
- Content Marketing and Branding: Create engaging content to drive traffic and facilitate customer acquisition. Ensure consistent communication with other teams to strengthen the brand image.
- Financial Management: Allocate and monitor marketing budgets to optimize ROI.

Nous recherchons un spécialiste du marketing dynamique et axé sur les résultats, passionné par la croissance et ayant fait ses preuves dans la mise en œuvre de stratégies axées sur les données.

En tant que membre de l'équipe Marketing, le Growth Marketing Manager dirigera l'équipe Growth chargée d'élargir la base de clients d'Arturia, d'augmenter le chiffre d'affaires et d'accroître la part de marché.

À ce titre, vos responsabilités seront les suivantes
- Leadership et gestion d'équipe : diriger une équipe de 3 collaborateurs directs, développer des outils pour optimiser les performances et atteindre les objectifs
- Stratégie de marketing de croissance : élaborer des stratégies alignées sur les objectifs d'entreprise.
- Acquisition et fidélisation de clients : superviser la mise en œuvre de campagnes multicanal (SEO, SEA, publicité numérique, médias sociaux, newsletters). Gérer les campagnes d'acquisition client et améliorer les "funnels" de conversion
- CRM : Définir des scénarios CRM pour fidéliser et maximiser la valeur client
- Gestion de projets complexes : superviser les boutiques Amazon avec l'équipe Sales, travailler sur le cycle de vie produit, y compris les lancements, coordonner avec les équipes IT, QA, R&D pour respecter les plans marketing.
- Analyse et performance : collaborer avec le data engineer pour analyser les KPI et affiner les stratégies. Produire des rapports pour la direction, mettant en lumière les opportunités de croissance.
- Marketing de contenu et branding : créer des contenus engageants pour générer du trafic et favoriser l'acquisition.
