Junior Coordinator

Internally, the Junior Coordinator - Supply & Logistics will work closely with the Sales, Development and Quality teams to ensure the best customer service. And externally, he/she will be the interface with partners (suppliers, subcontractors, forwarders).
- Follow-up of the customers portfolio and supply needs (analysis, placing of orders, delivery notes, invoicing)
- Follow-up of production and shipping schedules with the Hong Kong teams and customers
- Inventory management at service providers
- Management of flows (goods, information, financial, administrative)
- Administrative follow-up of customs procedures
- Update of the ERP E1 (delivery time, prices, invoices etc.)
- Communicate and updates customers about their orders status and logistics context
- Implementation of internal processes
**Education and Experience**
- Bac +5 in Supply Chain / Logistics or Procurement appreciated
- Experience required: 2-3 years in Logistics or Procurement
**Preferred Criteria**
- Dynamic and mutli-tasks
- Work with autonomy and team spirit
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving and solution driven
- Able to prioritize with efficiency and work under pressure
- Have an analytical and methodical mind
- Good adaptability and reactivity
- ERPs environment experience = knowledge of JDE / E1 would be a plus
- Good level of Excel required (vlookup, pivot tables)
- Very good level of English required
