**Airbus Helicopters **is looking for a **Project Manager / **Process Master **(f/m) **to join our Tiger Chief Engineering team based in **Marignane, France.**
You will be part of a team developing the latest standard of combat helicopter Tiger (Tiger MKIII). As part of the Tiger Chief engineering team, you will be involved in the coordination of engineering activities aiming at renovate the avionics and the mission system of Tiger.

**Your challenges**:
- Define, set-up and run the different routines allowing the Tiger MKIII head of project to operate efficiently his team
- Coach and deploy the rules, methodology and tools in order to reach the expected team’s performance with the most efficient team organization
- Focus on resource and deliverables planning and on performance monitoring in terms of deliverable and quality
- Animate the team’s continuous improvement process
**Your profile**:
- Minimum 5 years in engineering
- Agile methodology
- Well organized, structured
- Positive mindset, good communication skills, welcome problem attitude
- Ability to manage people in transversal organization
This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
