** Poste**:
En tant que Real Estate Analyst, vous travaillerez au cœur du réacteur sur des sujets d’Acquisitions de surfaces et d’Asset Management.
***Missions**:
À ce titre, vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes:
1/ Acquisition de surfaces:
- Participer au développement immobilier sur des adresses Prime;
- Elaborer des analyses de surfaces pour l’arbitrage et prise de décisions sur les nouveaux projets;
- Participer à la réalisation de partenariats stratégiques avec les bailleurs (présentations, pitch, etc.);
2/ Asset Management:
- Accompagner l’équipe Sales sur la partie négociation;
- Analyser les performances du portefeuille existant;
- Mettre en place des outils pour analyser les marchés du flex office et leur évolution;
- Piloter le suivi de nos nouvelles localisations et mettre en place des reportings auprès des bailleurs partenaires.
La prise de poste peut s'effectuer entre Juin et Septembre.
**Profil recherché**:
- Vous êtes à la recherche d’un stage ou d’une alternance dans le cadre de votre formation en école d’ingénieur ou de commerce, à partir de septembre 2023;
- Vous avez un esprit d’analyse aiguisé et êtes passionné(e) par l’immobilier;
- Orienté(e) clients, vous avez un très bon sens commercial;
- Vous êtes une personne rigoureuse, autonome et proactive;
- Vous maîtrisez Excel / Google Sheet.
- La maîtrise de l’anglais est un plus._
**Déroulement des entretiens**:
Votre premier entretien se fera par téléphone avec la Team RH.
Par la suite, vous rencontrerez la Team Real Estate, puis la Team Asset.
Enfin, nous vous ferons un retour définitif rapidement.
