BPCE-IT recherche aujourd’hui un.e Team Leader pour son service **- Applications Clients/ Back Office Clients **, en CDI sur Nancy.
**Poste et missions**:
Rejoignez l’équipe Banque à Distance - Back Office Clients - à** Nancy** qui est constituée de **10 collaborateurs.**
- Projets techniques ou applicatifs (Obsolescence, Clouds Privé et Public, Conteneurisation, DevOps) avec mise en place des configurations des infrastructures et des chaines de liaison en relation avec les équipes réseaux sécurité)
- Maintien en condition opérationnelle (Performance, Suivi Capacité, continuité, sécurité, prise en charge et suivi Incidents)

**VOS MISSIONS**:
En tant que Team Leader autrement dit ; le manager de proximité, votre mission principale consiste à organiser et animer au quotidien l’activité avec, pour objectifs:
- De relayer la stratégie de la direction, promouvoir les valeurs de l’entreprise et accompagner le changement,
- De comprendre les objectifs fixés par le directeur de département dans une stratégie plus globale, à des fins de déclinaisons aux collaborateurs
- D'optimiser les process en étant force de proposition pour maintenir à un très haut niveau la qualité de service de la production métier plateforme clients.
- De manager et d'accompagner les collaborateurs (entretiens, évolution, astreinte, télétravail)
- De gérer les effectifs externes en prestations (avec les recrutements nécessaires et les formations associées) ainsi que le transfert de compétences dans le cadre des phases de turnover
- De remonter les éventuelles difficultés à cette mise en œuvre à son manager et proposer des scénarii de solutions
- De porter la transformation dans l’entreprise et d’’insuffler le changement nécessaire auprès des collaborateurs (expliquer et guider)
- D'etre garant des coûts de construction et d’exploitation de vos plateformes
**Profil et compétences requises**:
**COMPETENCES TECHNIQUES**
Vous avez un niveau de connaissances essentielles sur les technologies suivantes pour comprendre et échanger avec les experts techniques de niveau 2 et 3:
- Linux - Redhat - Tomcat - Jboss - HTTPD- DevOps - Cloud (AWS/GCP) - Dockers - Ansible - Jenkins
- Supervision(ELK/APPD/Zabbix/Graphana)
- Langage de scripting (Powershell Python)
Vous avez un niveau d'anglais B2 (nécessité d'échanger avec des équipes basées à Porto).

Polyvalent.e, vous disposez d’un bon relationnel et d’une capacité d’adaptation qui vous permettent de travailler au quotidien avec des interlocuteurs multiples (relations BPCE groupe & services techniques transverses de l’entreprise). Pourvu d'un réel sens du service et d'écoute pour gérer les sollicitations, vous êtes à l'aise pour communiquer, vous savez organiser, animer des réunions et produire des reportings réguliers.
