This is an excellent opportunity for a student/graduate looking for their first experience of working in an international environment. Purchasing experience is not essential but highly desirable.
I am looking for a motivated, self-motivated, organised individual who enjoys working in an international environment.
**JOB SPECIFICATION & KEY TASKS**:
**Purchase**:
- Create and follow up orders on the SAGE system.
- Liaise daily with Sales, Logistics and Accounts Departments, assisting the Manager in the preparation of reports.
- Negotiate quotations with suppliers.
**Logistics**:
- Logistics management (Incoterms, documents...) import/export.
- Follow up quality control with purchasing team, suppliers and customers.
Fluent English is mandatory and the main working language, French is an advantage.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
**Other benefits**: Navigo allowance (€55 per monthly) & restaurant ticket -10.5 € per working day).
