Auprès de plus de 200 alternants et stagiaires par an, tu participeras à la vie de la communauté dédiée alternance et stages avec des évènements chaque trimestre : journée d'intégration, séminaire de rentrée dédié, moments de convivialité, accès privilégiés à des outils, suivi interne.

**Principales missions**:

- ALTERNANT Chargé(e) de missions Innovation Chimie Organique/procédé

Rattaché(e) au département Stratégie & Innovation du siège, vous apportez votre soutien au groupe en recherchant de nouvelles idées de produits/actifs et de leurs procédés/technologies de fabrication grâce à une évaluation technico-économique, réglementaire et un positionnement concurrentiel de ces nouvelles solutions.
- Cette évaluation a pour visée de situer le positionnement des projets vis-à-vis des concurrents dans une logique de benchmarking.

Vos principales missions:

- Supporter les projets d’innovation, supporter équipe R&D: projet de développement de nouveaux produits ou procédés.
- Faire des évaluations technico-économiques des nouveaux procédés/produits/projets
- Analyser le positionnement du projet/produit par rapport aux concurrents : étude bibliographique (brevets, littérature), évaluation marché,...
- Evaluer différents types de procédés par rapport aux objectifs d’un projet : Flow Chemistry, procédé biocatalytique, procédé de fermentation et/ou de purification après fermentation
- Possible déplacement (en France)

- Etudiant(e) en Bac+5 de Formation Ingénieur en Chimie organique ou Génie Chimie
- Compétences techniques en chimie organique et/ou génie chimique, analyse de brevets, chimio-enzymatique
