**Communications Specialist - Your future position?**

As a global Communications Specialist, you will offer practical support to help achieve the objectives of the Global Communications, Content and Change team: ‘to drive communications and change activities according to T&W business objectives.’ You will support by managing designated communications projects. You will enjoy preparing global content proposals and managing the execution of global communication tactics.

Reporting to the Director of Global Communications, Content, and Change, you will coordinate and implement various T&W communications activities for our internal stakeholders at a global level.

This position will be based in Avignon, France.

**In this exciting role, your main responsibilities will be the following**:

- Act as project manager, support the implementation of communication plan and activities
- Set up and maintain communications activity calendar and develop quarterly reports and updates
- Support the development of annual communication plans
- Develop content for a wide range of communication tools (PPTs, articles, newsletters, intranet)
- Manage execution of employee newsletters (Customer Excellence, S&T, Global Ops) from content development to publication
- Support the T&W Comms & Digital Marketing Head in the delivery of the President’s townhall and other communications
- Collect stories to feed internal communication channels
- Maintain content up-to-date on internal channels
- Implement internal communication surveys and measurement tools and develop reports
- Develop and implement tools and processes necessary for the smooth operation of the function
- Coordinate execution with external agencies and communications team
- Write communication deliverables as required

**Your professional profile includes**:

- A university degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience within an agency and/or corporate environment
- An understanding of multiple communication channels
- The ability to execute designated tasks that support a functional / business communication strategy
- You are a good listener and attentive to internal customer needs
- You are fluent in English, additional languages an advantage
