Description du poste

En tant qu’agent opérationnel (Data Operator), tu pourras être amené(e) à travailler sur un ou plusieurs sujet(s) en fonction des besoins opérationnels:

- Insertion des produits : principale mission quotidienne et passage obligatoire. Catégoriser et matcher les nouveaux produits.
- Maintenance : mise à jour de la donnée.
- Ouverture comptes : participer au processus de création de catégorisation sectorielle pour tout nouveau client.
- Contrôle qualité : vérifier que le travail opérationnel respecte les règles de qualité interne.

En résumé, ton rôle sera d’assurer:

- le cleaning de la donnée (catégorisation, matching, marques).
- le reporting du travail en donnant de la visibilité aux équipes.

**Qualifications**:

- Profil « solutionneur » tu aimes les challenges
- Tu es polyvalent(e), débrouillard(e) et autonome
- Tu sais être source de proposition
- Les chiffres ne te font pas peur
- Bon niveau d’anglais, toute autre langue sera un atout majeur
- Maitrise du pack Office (Excel)
- Une expérience antérieure, même courte, dans le secteur alimentaire serait un plus
