Cristóbal Balenciaga, en tant que Couturier, proposait une création exigeante et avait la réputation de ne faire aucun compromis ce qui lui valut d’être désigné par Christian Dior comme « le maître à tous » et comme « le couturier des couturiers » par Gabrielle Chanel. Les formes ultra-modernes sont devenues la signature de la Maison.
Si l’identité de la Maison est avant tout ancrée dans son prêt-à-porter conceptuel, ses collections de maroquinerie, chaussures et autres accessoires connaissent également un succès mondial. Les sacs de la Maison sont d’ailleurs devenus des icônes de la maroquinerie d’aujourd’hui. Lancées pour l’Été 2017, les collections prêt-à-porter Homme Balenciaga ont rapidement été couronnées de succès à l’international.
Depuis octobre 2015, Demna est directeur artistique et conçoit l’ensemble des collections de la Maison.
La Maison Balenciaga, qui appartient au Groupe Kering depuis 2001, est l’un des noms les plus influents du monde de la mode.
Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un Global Retail Performance Business Analyst qui reportera au Head of Retail Performance.
**Job Description**:
- Votre opportunité_
Au sein du département Retail Excellence, rattaché au Head of Retail Performance, vous aurez pour principal objectif d’analyser en détail la performance des ventes Retail et Online.
En interaction permanente avec différents départements, vous garantirez une optimisation de l’offre Retail Online et Offline, notamment via des recommandations et des suggestions d’ajustement basées sur des analyses chiffrées concrètes.
- Votre contribution_
- Analyser les chiffres d’affaires en continu versus les objectifs établis
- Consolider des données au niveau des catégories de produit, par pays et aussi par canal de distribution Online et Offline
- Analyser la clientèle de la Maison
- Coordonner la stratégie commerciale avec les régions et coordination des lancements de collection
- Réaliser les reportings hebdomadaires
- Aider à l'élaboration des revues mensuelles d'activité
- Réaliser diverses analyses telles que les ventes MD / Récapitulatif des commandes pré-order / Analyse prêt-à-porter approfondie
- Identifier et suivre les best-sellers et les slowmovers - présenter les résultats de l'e-merchandising et des recommandations de gestion
- Consolider des KPI’s à travers différents canaux en collaboration avec les équipes Merchandising, Retail, E-Business
- Vous êtes_
- Diplômé d’une Grande Ecole
- Avec 4 à 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de l’analytique. La connaissance du monde du Retail ou du E-Commerce est un plus.
- Anglais courant obligatoire
- Rigoureux et organisé
- Maitrise d’Excel avancée
