ETC France is currently looking for a new addition to join our team as a Project Manager in our France office. This position will provide advanced planning and integration for stage and architectural systems while working closely with Sales and Quotes. Both French and English is preferred.

Representative Responsibilities:

- Generates pricing and Bills of Materials per customer requests according to deadlines
- Planning lighting systems based on customer information
- Calculates pricing based on interpretation of drawings and equipment lists
- Prepares quotation documents
- Prepares DIALux layouts
- Prepares Electrical layouts and riser diagrams
- Provides sales support
- Responds to queries from Sales staff
- Determines when to articulate concerns about given jobs
- Answers customer inquiries and proposes technical solutions
- Implements the design of systems projects based on customer requirements and finally purchase order and quotation documents
- Reviews quotations, sales orders and purchase orders and addresses any discrepancies in a timely fashion
- Addresses requests for information from dealers, consultants, engineers, electricians, representatives and end users in a timely and professional manner
- Proposes and ensures submittal drawings are consistent and accurate
- Provides customers with submittal drawings prior to due date.
- Manages & communicates project progress to ensure schedule integrity
- Provides accurate project status to customers as soon as changes occur
- Releases project to manufacturing & logistics
- Organize and plan commissioning
- Updates project schedules to ensure they are accurate and current
- Ensures product shipped meets customer’s expectations
- Provides support to on-site technicians
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
- Complete special projects and requests in a timely and positive fashion
- Perform occasional maintenance tasks as needed
- Provide occasional logistics or admin support when required

Descriptif du poste:

- Générer les prix et les nomenclatures en fonction des demandes des clients et dans le respect des délais.
- Planifier les systèmes d'éclairage en fonction des informations du client
- Calculer les prix en fonction de l'interprétation des dessins et des listes d'équipement
- Préparer les documents de devis
- Préparer les schémas DIALux
- Préparer les schémas électriques et les diagrammes des colonnes montantes.
- Fournir un soutien aux ventes
- Répond aux questions du personnel de vente
- Déterminer le moment où il faut faire part de ses préoccupations concernant des travaux donnés
- Répondre aux demandes de renseignements des clients et être force de proposition technico-commeciale
- Mettre en œuvre la conception de projets de systèmes en fonction des demandes du client et des documents de prescriptions de commande et de devis
- Examine les devis, les commandes de vente et les bons de commande et traite les divergences en temps opportun.
- Répondre aux demandes d'information des concessionnaires, consultants, ingénieurs, électriciens, représentants et utilisateurs finaux en temps opportun et de manière professionnelle.
- Proposer des solutions et S'assurer de la cohérence et de l'exactitude des plans de présentation.
- Fournir aux clients les dessins de soumission avant la date d'échéance.
- Gérer et communiquer l'état d'avancement du projet afin de garantir le respect du calendrier.
- Fournir un état d'avancement précis du projet aux clients dès que des changements surviennent.
- Confier le projet à la fabrication et à la logistique
- Organiser et planifier les interventions techniques pour l’installation des produits.
- Mettre à jour les calendriers des projets pour s'assurer qu'ils sont exacts et à jour.
- S'assurer que le produit expédié répond aux attentes du client.
- Fournir une assistance aux techniciens sur site
- Autres tâches raisonnables selon les besoins.
- Réaliser des projets et des demandes spéciales en temps opportun et de manière positive.
- Effectuer des tâches d'entretien occasionnelles, selon les besoins
- Fournir un soutien logistique ou administratif occasionnel, si necessaire

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor/License Degree or comparable business experience in increasingly responsible positions in the related discipline
- 4-6 years of job-related experience
- Quotations/Inside sales or Project Management experience preferred
- System layout experience preferred
- AutoCAD/DIALux experience beneficial
- Electrical and/or AV & lighting background preferred
- Stage and architectural lighting experience preferred
- SAP experience beneficial
- Excellent communication, inter-personal and customer service skills
- Ability to read, speak and understand both French & English
- SAP knowledge beneficial
- Ability to read technical data-sheets
- Sense of precision and quality
