**Missions**:

Vous serez pleinement intégré(e) au sein de l'équipe et en interaction constante avec les équipes chargées des transactions, en étant exposé(e) à diverses classes d'actifs alternatifs. Vous participerez activement aux tâches suivantes
- Valorisation des instruments de dette privée ;
- Préparation des comités d'évaluation ;
- Soutien à la préparation du comité d'évaluation du Private Equity ;
- Préparation et suivi des notations des émetteurs sous-jacents ;
- Analyse de crédit et d'équité des nouveaux investissements dans le cadre de la préparation des comités d'investissement de la dette privée ;
- Soutien à la préparation des comités de surveillance mensuelle de la dette privée ;
- Analyse et suivi du risque de marché, du risque de crédit, du risque actions et du risque de liquidité ; préparation des comités de risque des investissements alternatifs (tels que Private Equity, Private Debt et Real Estate) ;
- Mise en œuvre de stress tests ; amélioration des méthodologies et des outils d'évaluation des risques.

You will be fully integrated within the team and in constant interaction with deal teams, being exposed to various alternative asset classes. You will actively participate in the following tasks:

- Valuation of the Private Debt instruments;
- Preparation of Valuation Committees;
- Support in the preparation of the Private Equity Valuation Committee;
- Preparation and monitoring of the underlying issuers’ ratings;
- Credit and equity analysis of new investments in preparation of Private Debt Investment Committees;
- Support in the preparation of the Private Debt monthly Watchlist Committees;
- Analysis and monitoring of market risk, credit risk, equity risk and liquidity risk; preparation of alternatives investments Risk Committees (such as Private Equity, Private Debt and Real Estate);
- Implementation of stress tests; improvement of methodologies and tools for risk assessment.

- Vous poursuivez un Master dans une école de commerce, une école d'ingénieur ou une université avec une spécialisation en Corporate Finance,
- Vous avez une première expérience (stage long) en corporate finance (cabinet d'audit, valorisation d'actifs illiquides, M&A, Transaction Services, Financement LBO / Acquisition, Private Equity),
- Vous avez de solides connaissances en finance d'entreprise,
- Vous maîtrisez MS Office, en particulier Excel,
- Vous êtes rigoureux, proactif et organisé et savez faire preuve de curiosité et d'initiative,
- Vous avez de bonnes capacités de communication orale et écrite,
- Vous maîtrisez l'anglais et le français.

- You have achieved or are pursuing a Master’s degree in a tier one business school, engineering school or university with a specialization in Corporate Finance,
- You have a first experience (long internship) in corporate finance (audit firm, valuation of illiquid assets, M&A, Transaction Services, Financing LBO / Acquisition, Private Equity),
- You have solid knowledge of corporate finance,
- You master MS Office, especially Excel,
- You are rigorous, proactive and organized and can show curiosity and initiative,
- You have good oral and written communication skills,
- You are proficient in English and French.
