**TA MISSION**:
Etre le patron des bases arrières et manager le personnel de cuisine pour assurer la qualité des plats servis et la rapidité de mise en œuvre, dans le respect des normes HACCP, FIFO et 3 Brasseurs, afin de satisfaire et fidéliser la clientèle.
Tes missions sont les suivantes:
- Animation de service ;
- Management d'équipe ;
- Gestion et Administratif.
