**Job Description**:
As a FP&A analyst, you ensure a daily support to SMDL (sales, marketing, distribution, loyalty) teams of Europe and North Africa region, you monitor and review financial performance with heads of departments and assist them in budgeting and forecasting processes. Thanks to strong analytical skills and capacity to handle large amounts of data, you provide timely and accurate financial reporting set in order to facilitate decision-making and create value.
**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Developing and enhancing financial reports and running regular performance reviews with SMDL departments
- Participating in monthly closing processes in collaboration with accounting teams
- Running Budget and Forecast process closely with heads of SMDL departments
- Setting up tools and processes with departments to ensure follow-up of SMDL actions
- Financial modelling / analysis of ad-hoc projects implemented by SMDL departments
**Qualifications**:
**QUALIFICATION / COMPETENCIES**:
- Knowledge of financial processes (Reporting, Budget, Forecast, Month-End)
- Expert-level Excel skills, mastering financial reporting tools
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Fluent French and English
- Self-management, reliability, autonomy
**REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**:
- Master’s degree in Finance
**EXPERIENCE NEEDED**:
- +5 years’ experience in Finance / Controlling / Business analysis
