We are looking for a Risk Selection Referent for Italian Market.

In this respect, within the Risk Selection Operational Team, the Italian Referent will have a key role:

- Expertise in Risk Selection - International Insurance and Reinsurance (Italy)
- Support to the Risk Selection Operational Manager
- Life Insurance Contracts Referent on International Business.

The Italian Risk Selection Team Referent role can be defined as below:

- Expert in Risk Selection (Medical, Special and Financial Risks for both Insurance and Reinsurance Businesses);
- Credit Risk Protection expertise on Italian Market (CQS, CQP, PPI, CPI contracts);
- Active part for new business set-up from a risk selection point of view;
- Work in collaboration with Sales/Underwriting/Digital/Legal, Business Solution Manager and Deployment Manager; ability to work with transversal teams
- Participation to Risk Selection controls on TPAs (third party administrators);
- Deliver feedback on portfolios when required;
- Support Risk Selection Operational Manager when needed (Meetings, share of information etc..);
- Training junior associates and trainees if required;
- Reporting (monthly overview, activity’s review, growth’s charts when needed) ;
- Participation to Medical Committees

**Your Profile** Required profile**:

- Proven and substantial experience in risk selection (at least 5 years)
- Preferential Italian native speaker, good French and English skills
- Autonomous, skilled in organization, stress tolerant ;
- Team and business-centric;
- Capacity to interact and work with other teams in a transversal way ;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in French, Italian and English;
- Focused on deliveries;
- Business & Results oriented;
- Autonomous, pragmatic, ability to adapt her/his behavior on a moving environment.
