**LA MISSION**:

- En collaboration avec le Head of Product qui supervise 3 squads, vous rejoignez la squad "Product-Data" composée d'un Data Analyst (transverse), d'un Product Designer (transverse) et d'une dizaine de développeurs.**Les produits**:

- App mobile (native iOS et Android)
- Site web

**Discovery**:

- En vous appuyant sur l’analyse de la data, du benchmark et des informations recueillies auprès des utilisateurs (besoins / pain points) **vous améliorez et** **concevez **les meilleurs parcours utilisateurs possibles**:

- Vous **suivez les KPIs** les plus pertinents pour **mesurer et améliorer l'impact du produit**:

- Vous réalisez des** tests utilisateurs**

**Delivery**:

- Vous **priorisez et alimentez la roadmap produit **en collaboration avec les différentes équipes internes
- Vous traduisez les besoins en **User Story et pilotez le backlog**:

- Vous **collaborez fortement avec l’équipe tech **pour lancer les fonctionnalités lors des runs en** mode agile**:

- **Vous itérez selon les résultats **des mises en production

**VOTRE PROFIL : PRODUCT MANAGER CONFIRMÉ**:
**Must Have**
- Vous êtes diplômé.e d’un **Bac +5 **en école de commerce ou ingénieur
- Vous avez **au moins 3 ans d’expérience en Product Management **(ou Product Ownership avec de la discovery)
- Vous avez une expérience **sur un produit B2C**:

- Vous êtes "**data-driven"**:

- Vous avez un **bon niveau d’anglais **(B2 minimum)

**Nice to have**
- Vous avez une **expérience sur une app mobile**:

- Vous connaissez** Amplitude, JIRA et Figma**

- **Rémunération** selon profil et expériences**: 50-60K€ fixe + prime annuelle de 10%**:
