***Your role & mis**sion**:
**Your main responsibilities**:

- Organize and optimize the activity related to its field in an operational manner, in compliance with the means, resources and budgets allocated
- Report the data required to draw up the budget for his/her activity
- Identify any discrepancies, risks and opportunities, and report them to the hierarchy
- Contribute to the definition and standardization of performance indicators (operational and human) and provide analysis, alert in case of deviation and present the corresponding technical recommendations
- Ensure compliance with the development process of the McPhy repository, deadlines and budgets, and if necessary supervise the taking into account of non-conformities
- Lead the development, optimization, standardization and portability of solutions related to the activity
- Leading and participating in the design and implementation of safety-related control systems
- Leading the drafting process (specifications, terms of reference, control command, functional and organic analyses, etc.)
- Manage the testing process related to the activity
- Steering the standardization process related to the activity
- Validate technical solutions, approve deliverables
- Ensuring product monitoring of the competition, standards and partners (human and material)

**Your Profile**:

- Engineering degree in Automation / Electrical Engineering / Embedded Systems
- Minimum 10 years cumulative experience in the field of automation on Siemens platforms and/or electrical engineering; experience in product industrialization
- Specialization in safety automation
- Specific technical knowledge related to the field of hydrogen
- Knowledge of directives, standards and regulations related to the field of activity
- Very good knowledge of the overall operating process of a refueling station
- Broad knowledge of software and programming languages (in particular Step7, TIA Portal, WinCc Pro)

- Compensation & Benefits: package with a fixe salary and a bonus
- Lunch vouchers (9€ per day, 50% covered by McPhy)
- 75% reimbursement of public transport
- Reimbursement of bicycle kilometres travelled between home and work (40 cts per kilometers with 300€ limitation per year)
