Within the Human Resources Department, you will join the International Mobility team and participate in the day-to-day management of the department in compliance with the legal framework.

In this context, your main responsibilities will be to:

- Manage the departures, follow-ups during the assignment and the returns of a population of expatriates in collaboration with the HR Business Partner.
- Coordinate exchanges between the different regions of the group (home country, host country) and interface with internal/external stakeholders (payroll, immigration, relocation, health, tax, etc.)
- Ensure the maintenance of HR data recorded in our SAP software and the follow-up of time reported by the seconded population.
- Set up and follow up the introduction requests in France for the recruitment of employees of non-EU nationality and impatriates in collaboration with our immigration company
- Handle tax and social security issues
- Calculate international mobility packages
- The department may also be entrusted with other cross-functional missions, including- Contribute to the evolution of practices and policies/procedures, tools and internal operating methods, for which you will be a source of proposals;
- Conducting expert missions, projects and cross-functional studies in the field of international mobility.
- Carry out tax reconciliations
- Redesign and update welcome booklets and impatriation guide
- Steering and coordinating region-related topics with local teams (mainly on Malaysia, Australia, UK, Brazil, France, Turkey).

**Profile**:
With a degree in Human Resources, you ideally have 5 years of experience in international mobility.
You are recognized for your interpersonal and organizational skills, in a collaborative approach.
A good level of English is necessary for this position.
Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
