C’est pourquoi nous sommes à la recherche d’un Lead Front pour renforcer notre équipe

En tant que Lead Frontend, vous serez le garant de la stratégie Frontend de Planity et responsable d'une partie de notre architecture Front-end.

Vous serez également responsable du design system et conduirez sa roadmap en collaboration avec l'équipe produit.

**Missions / tâches**:
Participer à la construction de notre design system

Elaborer et maintenir des stratégies de développement front-end pour améliorer l'expérience utilisateur sur Planity

Collaborer avec les équipes produit pour créer de nouvelles fonctionnalités

Intervenir sur toutes nos plateformes B2B ou B2C, web ou mobile, pour maintenir et améliorer les fonctionnalités existantes

Challenger les solutions déjà en place

Accompagnement des profils juniors

Participer aux phases de conception et rédaction des spécifications techniques des features et projets à venir

Être force de proposition sur les choix techniques et sur les méthodes de travail

Présenter vos projets lors de notre team meeting hebdomadaire.

Consolider et maintenir l'écosystème du design system (la documentation, monitoring tool..)

**Profil**:
Tu as déjà participé à la mise en place / maintenance d’un design system

Tu es féru de CSS

Idéalement, tu as de l’expérience avec React Native

Tu as une expérience significative de 5 ans minimum dans un environnement Javascript / Framework JS

Tu es à l’aise avec les technos suivantes : Javascript, React, Git

Tu es ambitieux(se) et motivé(e)

Tu sais travailler en équipe mais aussi faire preuve d’indépendance et de prise d’initiative

Tu aimes partager ton savoir et apprendre des autres.

Tu as déjà manager une équipe

Tu apprécies collaborer avec l'équipe design system pour offrir la meilleure expérience utilisateur possible.

Tu as une connaissance des Data structures et des design patterns

Tu as une sensibilité UI/UX et souhaitez en savoir plus sur les processus/outils de conception et développer votre réflexion en matière de conception.

Tu es familier avec les concepts de responsive/adaptive (code semantic, screen reader compliant, keyboard navigation...)
