Dans le cadre de son développement, notre direction régionale Nord, recherche son futur:
**Property Manager confirmé F/H en cdi**
Rattaché(e) au Directeur d'agence et accompagné(e) du service comptable ,votre rôle sera d’assurer la gestion technique, administrative et locative d’un portefeuille immobilier composé d’actifs tertiaires situés majoritairement à Lille.
**Vos responsabilités**:
Vous devrez donc veiller à la bonne exécution des contrats prestataires, suivi des baux, relation locataires et plus généralement à la bonne tenue des actifs immobiliers via un reporting régulier de vos actions.
Idéalement issu(e) d'uen formation de type bac + 4 à bac + 5 dans le secteur de l'immobilier ( ex ESPI, ICH... ) vous bénéficiez d'au minimum trois années d'expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire.
Organisé(e), vous savez travailler dans un environnement dynamique et appréciez les missions nécessitant une adaptation régulière permettant de répondre à la diversité des actifs et aux demandes de nos clients en valorisant leur patrimoine.
