Financial Analyst

Sales and financial analysis ensuring management reporting with focus on process and business development, monitoring the sales performance versus historical trends, forecast and budget, preparing and monitoring profitability analyses.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Prepares, analyses, and communicates key financial information and provides support to the Finance Manager and Commercial Controlling team regarding financial reporting and other related issues.
- Supports the business with accurate and commercially focused reporting on sales performance, margins, forecasting and product profitability;
- Builds strong relationships and collaborate with local finance and regional controlling team;
- Supports the annual price renewal process to ensure the business improves price performance whilst aligning with customer contracts;
- Development of a solid forecasting process based on trend figures and sales information;
- Development of customer-specific dashboards;
- Assists the finance and controlling team with budget preparation and financial planning processes and budget review for compliance and opportunities;
- Strategic planning and examination of the installed instruments;
- Standardization of management reporting and creation of meaningful analyses for the sales department;
- Further development of existing analysis tools and systems for sales;
- Automation of recurring processes and reports;
- Partner with Commercial Support Analysis and deputised as required to support business continuity and relationship with external logistic suppliers
- Ad-hoc Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reporting activities

**Qualifications/Experience & Mobility**
- A recent Graduate or Part Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA with at least 2 years commercial analyst experience
- Fluent written and spoken English, Italian would be an advantage;
- Advanced Level Microsoft Excel (Macros and VBA)
- Basic SAP knowledge (CO-PA and FI modules);
- CRM and BI tools experience would be an advantage
- Strong ability to self-organize, prioritize and structure activities with a high degree of care & reliability;
- Very good analytical skills to manage complex business processes;
- Excellent skills in the identification and presentation of results-relevant issues;
- Strong commercial attitude, analytical and problem-solving skills, autonomy and accountability, team-working;
- Ability to work well under pressure, working accurately with attention to detail, and meeting deadlines;
- Flexibility and willingness to undertake some European travel

Rattaché(e) au Contrôleur commercial France Benelux, vous l'accompagnerez dans le pilotage, l'analyse commerciale et financière et le reporting des indicateurs des filiales. Vous accompagnez les équipes locales dans leurs tâches financières en cherchant toujours l'excellence et l'efficacité opérationnelle

**Responsabilités**
- Vous soutenez et accompagnez les pays de votre périmètre dans le cadre des arrêtés comptables mensuels et participez activement à l'élaboration budgétaire annuel ainsi qu'aux analyses de performances financières, marges et profitabilité.
- Construit des relations solides et collabore avec les équipes financières et ventes locales.
- Développement de forecast solide basé sur les informations des ventes, les tendances passées et du marché
- Développement de dashboards afin de supporter le directeur des ventes dans l’analyses clients et produits.
- Assiste l’équipe finance et controlling dans la préparation du budget et les processus de planification financière à long terme
- En charge de suivre et d’analyser l’évolution de la base installée dans les différents pays.
- Développement des outils et systèmes d'analyse existants pour les ventes et la finance.
- Vous êtes force de proposition dans la mise en place et l'optimisation des outils de gestion.
- Vous participez à l'audit des comptes annuels des pays de votre zone (audit interne & externe)

**Qualifications/Experience & Mobilité**
- Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure Bac +5, de type école de commerce ou université, vous présentez une première expérience professionnelle de 2 ans.
- La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable, Italien serait un plus.
- Niveau avancé sur Excel & Access (Macro & VBA)
- Connaissance SAP (CO-PA and FI modules)
- Expérience sur un CRM ou BI Tools serait un avantage
- Forte capacité à s'auto-organiser, à hiérarchiser et à structurer les activités en fonction des priorités
- Etat d’esprit orienté business, capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes, autonomie et fiabilité, travail d'équipe
- Capacité à travailler sous pression, à travailler avec précision en prêtant attention aux détails et à respecter les deadlines
- Prêt à réaliser des voyages en Europe (Belgique, Hollande, Italie)
