**Votre mission**

**En tant que Manager Technical Support, vous assurez l’interface technique entre notre maison mère et nos filiales commerciales de la zone EMEA, sur les produits de vidéo projection.**:
Vous serez responsable de l’encadrement d’une équipe de 4 personnes (dont 1 basée au UK).

Ce poste est basé dans nos bureaux à Clichy-la-Garenne (92) et nécessitera des déplacements ponctuels (France et Europe).

**Ce que vous accomplirez**
- Accompagner l’équipe support technique dans la gestion quotidienne des activités du service.
- Contrôler de façon quotidienne les opérations du service:

- Prioriser les activités selon la stratégie support EMEA et les besoins business.
- Veiller à ce que les incidents soient escaladés au 4ème niveau (Seiko Epson Corporation - SEC, au Japon), lorsque nécessaire et dans le respect des SLA établis.
- Garantir la qualité de service et performance du 3ème niveau de support technique.
- Surveiller la gestion et la résolution des escalades techniques reçues.
- Analyser les indicateurs de performance mensuels et mettre en place les actions correctives.
- Analyser les motifs d’escalade techniques et identifier les causes récurrentes afin de proposer des actions correctives.
- Analyser les données de réparations principalement sur les nouveaux produits afin de remonter au Japon les informations clés permettant de contrôler et garantir la fiabilité de ces produits.
- Définir le planning de formation destiné aux équipes de support 2ème niveau (local et européen), partenaires de service et éventuellement les équipes avant-vente:

- Valider les supports de formation préparées par votre équipe.
- Approuver l’adaptation de la documentation technique reçue par SEC, avant la mise à disposition aux partenaires de service.
- Garantir que les pièces détachées (lancement de nouveaux produits) sont en stock.
- Définir et suivre le budget pour toutes les activités techniques de l’équipe, dont les produits Epson à acheter pour l’activité support et formation.
- Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales : monthly meeting, apporter des réponses techniques aux appels d’offres, partager les tendances sur les produits
- Opérer une veille technologique lors des salons professionnels ou via les équipes commerciales.
- Organiser des temps d’échanges et de rencontre avec la communauté Technique afin d’échanger sur les tendances et best practices.

**Ce que nous attendons de vous**
- Titulaire d’un diplôme Technique.
- Minimum 8 ans d’expérience réussie sur une fonction technique dans le secteur de la vidéo projection/ audiovisuelle.
- Expérience significative de 5 ans en tant que Manager d’une équipe technique.
- Anglais courant **obligatoire** tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
- Connaissances avérées en Hardware et Software.
- Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office. Une expérience sur SAP et/ou MSD est un plus.
- Forte capacité d’analyse (KPI ).
- Force de proposition et capacité certaine à apporter des solutions créatives pour résoudre des problèmes.
- Excellente aisance relationnelle.
- Forte orientation et satisfaction client
- Excellente communication et qualités interpersonnelles vous permettant d’interagir avec tous les niveaux de hiérarchies et les différents départements.
- Excellentes qualités d’organisation et de planification vous permettant de gérer vos priorités et de respecter les délais impartis.
- Votre disponibilité et sens de l’écoute sont des atouts dans vos actions quotidiennes.
