Position Duties

Pour notre projet Star Wars Eclipse, nous recherchons un(e) Associate Game Director pour décliner la vision créative et accompagner la conception de notre prochain jeu AAA.

Vos missions au sein de l'équipe Quantic Dream:

- Assister la direction de jeu dans la définition de la vision créative du jeu Star Wars Eclipse et son implémentation par les équipes ;
- Collaborer avec les équipes pour fixer les directions relatives à l'expérience de jeu ;
- Servir de relai de la direction de jeu auprès des leads du pôle créatif,
- Garantir la qualité de l'expérience finale, en accord avec la direction créative et dans le respect des contraintes de production ;
- Déterminer les priorités de développement à court, moyen et long termes en accord avec les directions établies ;
- Assurer le suivi quotidien qualitatif du jeu ;
- Promouvoir et évangéliser la vision globale du projet auprès des équipes internes et des partenaires externes ;
- Assurer la communication interne avec la production et l'ensemble des départements ;
- Assurer une veille quant aux nouveaux développements et nouvelles tendances de l'industrie.
- Expérience en tant que Lead ou manager d'équipe de Game Design ou de Gameplay ou direction de jeu sur un titre AAA ;
- Motivé, capable de travailler de façon autonome et de délivrer à temps avec un haut niveau de qualité
- Attitude professionnelle et positive, efficacité à communiquer avec des équipes multiculturelles, à la fois à l'oral et à l'écrit
- Autonome et rigoureux, véritable manager et animateur d'équipe
- Très bonne capacité d'analyse et de prise de décisions
- Anglais courant écrit et parlé impératif.
