Within ST Product Quality and Reliability Corporate Organization, the Management System & Governance (MS&G) Organization has the mission to lead and secure ST compliance to regulatory and Customers' requirements through an efficient and effective Management System.

We are looking for a Customer Requirements Review Leader to act as a Quality Domain Review Facilitator (DRF).

Mission
- Customer Requirements DRF have the critical mission to ensure the contractual requests that we receive from our customers are properly reviewed and addressed in ST’s processes and organizations.

Through facilitation of the requirements review and negotiation of customer requirements you will contribute to supporting business growth whilst preserving the ST way of working.

Responsibilities are to:

- Assess ST’s ability to meet the proposed Customer requirements;
- Coordinate the customer requirements reviewers’ network for the assigned contract reviews
- Consolidate a written ST position for negotiation with the Customer
- Support the agreement signature process between Customers and ST.
- Communicate and deploy customer requirements to ST Organizations
- Monitor the progress of and report the implementation and adoption of customer requirements.
- Participate in defining and maintaining the supporting IT solution(s) requirement
- Work with the customer requirements reviewers’ network to create, manage and update ST 'standard positions' describing ST way of working and which are used to drive fast and clear answers to the customer and avoid customer specific requirements.

- YOUR PROFILE

The post is rich with contact and interfaces across all ST organizations.
- semiconductor background and knowledge covering
- Experience of Quality Management System and operating procedures, semiconductor regulatory environment (e.g.ISO9000/TS16949)

Experience from any of the below areas
- product design, development or test, manufacturing, software, reliability or failure analysis. ST entities/functions roles and responsibilities

You will have
- The ability to work in cross functional transversal teams and complex environments.
- The ability to make decisions and convince stakeholders on a wide variety of
- requirements
- A high sense of initiative and capability to elaborate corporate responses to customers in compliance with ST standards
- Advanced English (mandatory)
- A rigorous, systematic and organized approach
- Facilitation, coordination, negotiation skills
- Project management skills are useful
- The ability to propose and/or develop process improvements in relation to customer requirements and market expectations
