Mission générale:
L'ambition de la Direction Financière d'AUP est de garantir une information financière fiable et d'être au service des différents départements supports comme opérationnels.
Sous la responsabilité du Responsable du Contrôle de Gestion, vous participerez au pilotage de l'activité de l'université et à la mise en place d'outils d'aide à la décision.
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le service comptabilité et les différents responsables de départements.
Vous accompagnerez la Direction Financière dans sa transition digitale au travers du nouvel ERP UNIT4 mis en place.
Mission du Junior Financial Analyst
Cette fonction qui a vocation à être automatisée comporte aujourd hui les éléments suivants:
Reporting Financier - Assurer les clôtures des différentes entités et piloter le suivi budgétaire
Extraire, contrôler, analyser l ensemble des postes du P&L, des investissements et des différents indicateurs opérationnels
Accompagner le service comptabilité dans le suivi et la mise en place des provisions pour le pilotage du résultat
Commenter le P&L et les écarts dans une note de synthèse avec un focus particulier sur la marge par programme éducatif (Undergraduate and Graduate)
Alimenter et optimiser les matrices à destination des opérationnels et de la Direction Financière
Budget et Forecast - Participer activement à l'élaboration de ces estimations
Récolter, synthétiser, contrôler et challenger les prévisions des opérationnels dans le cadre des Forecast et Budgets (N+1 & 3 Year Plan)
Analyser les écarts par rapport aux principales échéances et alerter la Direction Financière des potentiels risques et opportunités
Transverse - Être le support financier aux différents départements
Assurer le suivi et la communication des reporting
Répondre aux différentes demandes des interlocuteurs (suivi d'indicateurs, création de tableaux de bords, mesure des impacts financiers et non financiers des projets)
Piloter / Participer à des projets transverses Finances et / ou opérationnels ainsi qu'à l'amélioration continue de l'activité
Être proactif et source de proposition dans la mise en place des outils et définition des KPI (Enrollment, HR, Financial sustainability) et leur automatisation
- Toute autre tâche appropriée demandée par le superviseur.
Profil recherché
Profil recherché:
Diplômé(e) d une Ecole de Commerce ou Université niveau Bac +5 en Commerce / Finance
Une première expérience en Finance / Contrôle de Gestion d'au moins 2 ans
Anglais courant à l oral et à l écrit
Vous maitrisez parfaitement Excel (la maîtrise des macros serait un plus) et l ensemble du pack office et avez de réelles appétences pour les outils informatiques
Rigueur et capacité d'organisation pour délivrer des informations fiables depuis des bases de données
Bon relationnel pour naviguer au sein d un environnement complexe
