**Role Title**: Site Logistics Coordinator

**Role Function and Group**: EMEA Supply Chain

**Location**: Notre Dame de Gravenchon / France

**Position Summary**:
**Key Outputs: What we can expect from you.**
- Manage day to day operational activities and order scheduling with the production units, Customer Service and third-party service providers, focusing on safe operations, customer performance, as well as extra costs impact
- Enforce compliance with agreed standard operating procedures
- Contribute to Infineum net zero ambition, supporting identification and progress of sustainability initiatives
- Provide SAP / TMS transactional support for third parties
- Handle freight payables and accessorial charges for deliveries ex assigned sites
- Handle order exceptions at assigned sites
- Manage inventory level against defined targets (moving material to external location as needed), ensuring inventory alignment between Infineum and third-party systems
- Contribute to third party performance management reviews, capturing supplier incidents in ICOPS module and monitoring performance KPIs to boost the continuous performance improvement
- Assist the site logistics leader with non-conformance investigation
- Resolve ad hoc operational issues / troubleshooting activities
- Handle customer complaints according to IQP 5.5.1
- Assist the site logistics leader with SMOG identification and reduction
- Any other Operational Logistics related tasks assigned

**What skills will you gain from this role?**
- BTS/DUT in Logistics or equivalent
- Experience/knowledge of logistics, operations or supply chain management are preferred
- Experience in handling transactional activities in SAP system
- Familiarity with digital tools (EPS, Office ) and willingness to support deployment of future digitalization initiatives is required. Experience with Transportation Management System and/or Track and Trace is strongly appreciated.

Salary range: Between 30K€ and 40K€ depending on experience.
