**Contribuez à notre développement**:
En tant que LEAD TEST AUTOMATION, vous rejoignez l’équipe DevOps, Automation & Performance du domaine Consumer. Votre rôle est d’animer la communauté d’automaticiens sur vos technos avec la volonté de faire grandir l’équipe en partageant votre passion pour l’amélioration continue, la veille techno et le partage de connaissances.

**Quelles seront vos missions**:

- Accompagner les évolutions des solutions d’automatisation
- Travailler en collaboration avec les développeurs, les architectes, les scrum-masters, les équipes QA sur les différents projets pour en vue d’une intégration continue et une livraison rapide des nouvelles fonctionnalités
- Développer et maintenir les cas de tests automatisés
- Co-construire avec les équipes QA les stratégies de tests automatisés
- Être force de proposition sur les améliorations des technologies, des processus et de la méthodologie
- Participer au recrutement et à l’accompagnement des automaticiens
- Contribuer à la définition, la construction et au suivi des KPIs de tests automatisés

**Apportez vos compétences**:

- Au moins 5 années d’expérience dans le domaine de l’automatisation des tests et de solides compétences en automatisation de test
- Passionné par la veille techno et la découverte des nouveautés technologiques et capable d’animer une équipe et de promouvoir la collaboration
- Habitué aux pratiques agile Scrum & DevOps
- A l’aise dans la communication en français et en anglais
