**About The Job**

As a Legal Apprentice, you will be assisting our legal activities for all our locations (France/ Denmark/UK and US) under the supervision of our Legal Manager. You will undertake legal researches, collect information and write notes. You will work on cross-functional missions, participate in meetings and work on complex projects over multiple jurisdictions. Your specific focus will be business laws - including contracts, insurance, IPs, GDPR, employment. This is a great opportunity to gain an understanding of the complexities involved in the legal field while working in a fast-paced environment.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Be assigned a specific project related to the implementation and running of our Legal Tech (training, E-signature integration etc).
- Reviewing and drafting contracts or notes. - including Non-disclosure Agreements (NDA), Intellectual Property Rights Agreements, Development Agreements, Test Production Agreements, Master Supply Agreements.
- Assisting in dealing with pre-litigation cases
- Keeping a legal watch on International and French legislations and analyzing its impact on the business.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal department.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned such as work council (“CSE”), insurance matters

**Requirements**:

- Preferably pursuing a Master’s degree in law or equivalent
- Fluent writing/reading English mandatory
- Currently studying International Business Law or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office product, notably Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong administrative, organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information
- Legal experience a plus
