What you’ll do & Who you are

We are looking for an inside sales to carry out the following tasks- Ensure that contracted availability services, such as online or e-commerce services, network support and server hosting, are delivered to customers in a timely and successful manner.- Initiates and responds to incoming and/or outgoing commercial contacts directly from/to potential and/or existing customers.- Accept orders, close sales, maintain customer records and complete required documentation.- Effectively report on KPIs achieved to all relevant stakeholders.- Identifies and qualifies potential customers and records sales prospecting activities in computerised tracking systems.
