**Job Description**:
Deezer is recruiting an innovative Brand designer with a multidisciplinary experience to join our dynamic Brand Creative team at our Head Office in Paris.

Reporting to the Lead Brand Designer, you will be responsible for developing multiple project and asset typologies, with a holistic and systemic vision to connect the brand's different touchpoints through a rigorous creative concept and execution, using a proven ability in the areas of narrative, conceptual and graphic design.

You will work within the Deezer global brand team and will collaborate with a wide array of stakeholders to develop from brand/product identities to seasonal campaigns and activations through different experiences and media.
You will also work with external agencies managing creative work-streams, including providing constructive feedback, managing creative approvals, and pushing the visual experience further.

**What you will do**:

- Develop ultra creative ideas for visual identities and seasonal campaigns (including 360° concepts and media, digital content, CRM, partnerships and others) and execute high-standard assets from conceptualization to execution.
- Be an ambassador and a brand guardian to guarantee the consistency of all of its statements (Marketing, Product, Content, etc.), referent for all the designers of the team.
- Ensure the implementation and regular updating of visual guidelines.
- Ensure the constant consideration of data, studies, best practices from previous campaigns to ensure the achievement of the objectives.
- Pitch and present creative proposals to the Lead Brand designer, the Head of Creative Design and others employees and stakeholders.
- Be aware of trends, campaigns of our competitors or innovative brand platforms to enrich our brand platform and Deezer campaigns.

**Qualifications**:
**This role is excellent for a person with**:

- A Master’s Degree in IP/IT
- Around 2 years experience in IP/IT similar position
- Strong understanding and/or appetite for music rights, business models and industry practices,
- Curiosity and ability to adapt to new situations and stakeholders
- Capability to interact and collaborate easily with third parties and cross-functional teams internally
- Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and French
