Airbus Helicopters is looking for a **Human Resources Digital Project Manage **r **(f/m) **to join our HR Transformation & Digital Department based in Marignane, France.

You will be part of **The HR Transformation & Digital departmen **t whose mission is to drive and accompany the transformation of the **HR function into its future **, leveraging new Digital capabilities while continuously boosting the HR performance in order to meet HR customer's business needs.

**The position is part of the HR Digital Program **(named HIMalaya) and you will belong to a cross-functional team (HR/IM) where we promote an empowerment environment based on the principles of collaboration, accountability and flexibility. You will be working in an Agile/SAFe environment aiming at making myPulse (Workday) a wonderful environment to scale up your capability to have an impact on our company and employees. Your direct colleagues will be working like you on other parts of the HR landscape, and you will be part of the team dedicated to the deployment and support of myPulse (Workday).

**Your challenges**:
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

- Acting as an entry point on myPULSE and HR Digital projects for the division
- **Influence and participate **in the definition of the Airbus worldwide model for HR services
- Ensure alignment with central HR teams on corporate HR/myPULSE processes and involvement of regions & subs, including the link to the IM-HR Digital teams (Agile framework)
- Propose up-to-date expertise and support for smooth operations
- Leading Digital Projects in the frame of HIMalaya
- Contribute to vision definition and deployment roadmap with key business owners & stakeholders
- **Lead **the project team and its expertise
- Guarantee the delivery and the deployment of the new features in time, quality and cost
- Ensure the level of service and overall customer/user satisfaction
- Anticipate risks, prioritize business needs & master budget and costs
- Making the “Voice of the User” structured & heard in the decision making process of HR digital investments
- **Animate **the People Digital Flow House within AH as the ‘engine’ of the user centricity ambition
- Understand, collect and centralize User pains
- Mobilize a community of users to call for volunteers to co-design solution
- Analyze change Impact and build a change plan with all stakeholders to accompany users at best
- Provide user support on-the-job (chatbot, HR Direct )
- Monitor user satisfaction, E2E process efficiency & identify opportunities
- Ensure the full UX flow is genuinely but structurally integrated in each HR digital project

**Your profile**:
Experience & skills:

- Information management systems
- Strong project management skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Supplier and subcontracting management skills
- Digital technologies and related challenges

**Knowledge of**:

- Agile _(Scrum or SAFe) _would be a plus
- HR processes would be a plus, along with IT processes
- Software (e.g. Workday ideally)

**Languages **:French, English negotiation level, German is a plus
- Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment,
- Structured, self-organized and collaborative way of working
- Strong communication towards diverse audiences (incl. senior management) and strong networking skills
