**ENGINEERING MANAGER**
**Votre mission consistera à identifier, développer, déployer et mettre en place les méthodes de travail les plus performantes, les équipements, et les ressources relatives aux process d’ingénierie au sein de DHL Aviation France, pour le site de CDG HUB, en lien et en conformité avec les standards de DHL. Votre objectif est de mener toutes les opérations et de la Douane vers l’amélioration des services, des process, de la productivité et de la rentabilité.**
**MISSIONS DE L’ENGINEERING MANAGER**:
- Evaluer et analyser les méthodes et instructions de travail existantes pour définir et promouvoir la meilleure façon de les standardiser pour obtenir de meilleures performances, conformément aux modèles Groupe.
- Fournir l’infrastructure, l'équipement, l’expertise, les techniques, les méthodologies ainsi que l'ingénierie des process aux managers opérationnels et Douane pour conduire les opérations vers l'amélioration du service, des process, de la productivité et de la rentabilité.
- Apporter support et soutien aux opérationnels sur la façon de gérer au mieux la productivité, les faire adhérer aux changements et obtenir leur engagement.
- Assurer l'optimisation et la planification des besoins humains des opérations et de la Douane par le biais d’outils de mesure du travail (études de temps et de mouvement, etc.) pour améliorer la productivité, en lien avec les volumes et forecast.
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre les infrastructures, les plans d’équipement des systèmes de tri afin de maximiser l'efficacité et l’utilisation de l'espace.
- Evaluer les équipements matériels de manutention pour déterminer les possibilités d’amélioration dans le but d’augmenter la productivité et le contrôle des coûts.
- Être garant des infrastructures, des équipements et du traitement des projets d'ingénierie.
- Exécuter des plans à court et à long terme dans les domaines de l'infrastructure, des équipements et des processus d’ingénierie. Impliquer les achats dans les projets (GBS et Locaux).
- Être Leader dans l’implémentation des nouveaux projets en cours d'élaboration. S’assurer, avec l’appui des BPO, que les projets sont livrés en conformité avec les budgets approuvés, dans les délais impartis, en assurer le suivi. Gérer les points techniques avec les fournisseurs. Être et Agir comme l’interlocuteur(rice) privilégié(e) sur tous les domaines confiés. Développer, transmettre ses commentaires sur les projets d'investissement (Business Case). Établir et maintenir une bonne relation de travail avec ses différents interlocuteurs.
- Réaliser les études de re-engineering du site (linehaul, volumes).
**PROFIL RECHERCHE**:
- Ingénieur / Bac + 5 Minimum avec spécialité ingénierie des process
- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience de préférence en ingénierie/analyse de projets
- Expérience en méthodes, mesures de performance et implantation de l’amélioration de la productivité et des processus.
- Anglais courant lu, parlé et écrit**indispensable**
- Bon esprit d’analyse et jugement fiable.
- Connaissance des équipements de manutention.
- Sens de la communication.
