**Position**:
**The LVMH Employer Branding and Talent Management team is looking for an Apprentice to contribute to a variety of strategic HR projects and events dedicated to Talents in their early stages, with an international scope.**

As a member of the LVMH Group Employer Branding & HR Talent Management Team, reporting into the Senior Talent Manager, you will support the **LVMH Group Talent Management projects dedicated to the next generation of talents**, contributing to **attract, recruit, integrate and engage** the best Talents in their early career stages (from students, to Graduates and Early Career Professionals) for the LVMH Group and its Maisons.

A great opportunity to experience first-hand how to **launch & implement HR strategic projects** including programmes & events; to **strengthen stakeholder management** skills by working at the **cross-road between geographies** (USA, Asia, Europe), **business sectors** (Fashion and Leather Goods, Wines and Spirits, Watches and Jewelry, Perfumes and Cosmetics ), **brands and functions** (retail, marketing, operations, HR; as well as to **build your network** across the LVMH Group’s vibrant community.

**Your mission**
- Contribute to the deployment of the LVMH Graduate Programs initiatives: from the marketing to the recruitment and integration process as well as the learning journey.
- Support the facilitation of the various stakeholders and ambassadors’ communities & committees (Graduates, Mentors, Managers, HRs )
- Help the Best Practices sharing across the Maisons; coordinate benchmarks and mappings
- Work in close collaboration with external and internal service providers to ensure all deliveries are in line with our timeline and consistent with the LVMH brand
- Coordinate back-office activities: reporting & KPIs tracking, multiple-schedule management, quantitative and qualitative surveys

**Profile**:
