Poste basé à Lyon

**Correspondez-vous au profil ?**

Vous avez une expérience solide dans le domaine des achats et avez pu participer à l’amélioration de ces process.

Vous êtes à l’aise dans la gestion des Appels d’Offres.

Vous avez un intérêt certain pour les enjeux liés au facility management.

Vous êtes orienté(e) gestion de projet et change management.

Vous agissez avec autonomie, rigueur et proactivité.

Vous avez une réelle aisance à l’oral comme à l’écrit et êtes en mesure de challenger les équipes.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre flexibilité et votre esprit collaboratif.

Vous parlez couramment anglais ?

**Qu’attendons-nous de vous ?**

Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Achats Indirects, vous avez pour mission principale de gérer le portefeuille achat facility management. En ce sens, vous assurez la gestion opérationnelle des achats de ce portefeuille.

Dans le cadre de vos fonctions:

- Vous contribuez à la définition et la sélection des fournisseurs, dans le respect de la politique achat de la Maison.
- Vous définissez de nouvelles stratégies achats et mettez en place de nouveaux leviers.
- Vous accompagnez les équipes dans le processus d’Appel d’Offres. Vous participez aux phases d’analyses, de négociations et de contractualisations.
- Vous concevez et développez de nouveaux process et outils achat.
- Vous agissez en tant qu’ambassadeur pour promouvoir la fonction achat et formez les collaborateurs.
