Nous recrutons un(e) Chargé(e) développement durable - immobilier tertiaire H/F en CDI. Le poste se trouve à Ternes Metro. Au sein d’une société de de property management, vous avez en charge la gestion environnementale de plusieurs grands ensembles de bureaux & ERP Retail. Ce poste est à pourvoir dès que possible avec une rémunération comprise entre 45000€ et 55000€ brut sur 13 mois.

Notre client est une structure spécialisée dans l’immobilier d’entreprise qui assure des missions de gestion locative, technique, comptable et de building management sur de grands ensembles de bureaux.
Rattaché(e) à la Direction technique, vous aurez en charge la gestion environnementale de plusieurs grands ensembles de bureaux & ERP retail en France tout en étant en collaboration avec divers services (AM, PM, le technique, gestion de fond) mais aussi les locataires des immeubles. A ce titre vos missions sont les suivantes:
- Rôle de suivi de la performance environnementale:
- Elaboration des communications externes et internes concernant les données environnementales
- Participation et organisation aux Comités Green avec les locataires
- Préconisation d’améliorations auprès des PM et des responsables techniques
- Pilotage opérationnel de la stratégie sur les actifs
- Collecte de tous les documents liés au développement durable des immeubles auprès des différents fournisseurs externes et internes en appui à la gestion locative et intégration de ces données dans les outils métiers
- Pilotage du processus de certification environnementale des immeubles
- Suivi des plans de valorisation des immeubles
- Mise en place et suivi des plans de travaux permettant dans le but d’atteindre les objectifs environnementaux
- Rôle de responsable des projets environnementaux:
- Mise en place de partenariats avec nos prestataires et bureaux de conseil et lancement d’appels d’offres
- Reporting d’indicateurs de performance environnementale sur les projets et suivi stratégique
- Pilotage et cadrage de projets stratégiques (en lien avec la politique environnementale (résilience climatique, plan climat 2030, démarche ISO 14001, biodiversité, économie circulaire, mobilité durable, énergie/carbone etc.),
- Veille règlementaire
- Formation, sensibilisation et accompagnement des parties prenantes externes et interne dans le cadre de la mise en place de la stratégie (prestataires,, Property Managers, Locataires, techniciens etc.).
De formation au minimum Bac+5 (école de commerce ou d’ingé avec spécialisation en développement durable) vous avez au moins 3/8ans d’expérience sur ce type de poste que ce soit chez un MOA, un AMO, un MOE ou encore une entreprise générale. Vous avez également des connaissances techniques en bâtit. Qualités requises : curiosité, capacité à fédérer autour d’un projet, relationnel. Anglais B1 oral souhaité car échange avec des locataires étrangers. Primes de 10%. Permis B. Qualités recherchées : autonomie, négociation avec locataires tertiaires privés étrangers, adaptabilité, polyvalence entre missions opérationnelles et d’analyse.
