Small & Mid Cap (< 30 M€)
**DESCRIPTION DU POSTE**:
Le département Investissements de JLL France assiste les investisseurs français et internationaux dans la vente ou l’acquisition de leurs actifs (bureaux, commerces, résidentiel, logistique et industriel). En 2021, ce département d’une cinquantaine de collaborateurs aura réalisé près de 120 opérations représentant un montant global de 6,2 Milliards d’Euros.
Le pôle dédié aux transactions en investissement de bureaux de moins de 30 M€ en Ile-de-France créé en décembre 2016 comprend aujourd’hui 6 collaborateurs et est devenu un acteur référent sur ce segment de marché. En 2021, ce pôle aura bouclé plus d’une vingtaine d’opérations.
Nous souhaitons renforcer cette équipe avec un nouveau collaborateur de profil consultant(e) expérimenté/senior (PR3)
**Vos missions**:
Au sein de l’équipe < 30 M€ du département Investissements de JLL
Vous prospectez et sourcez de nouveaux dossiers afin de développer les parts de marché de l’équipe.
Vous participez activement à la phase d’obtention des mandats, identifiez de nouvelles opportunités à la vente et à l’acquisition
Vous participez à l’élaboration de « pitch » immeuble, avant d’en assurer la présentation face au client et de le convaincre de nous mandater.
Après la définition d’un plan de commercialisation validé par le client, vous déployez en coordination avec l’équipe projet vos actions auprès des investisseurs potentiels
Vous assurez un reporting régulier à nos mandants sur l’avancée des contacts et les résultats des actions marketing et commerciales.
**DESCRIPTION DU PROFIL**:
De formation supérieure Bac +5 type ESC ou Master 2 Immobilier ou Ingénieur ETP,
Vous justifiez d’une expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans le secteur de l’immobilier commercial acquise dans des métiers transactionnels, de conseil aux investisseurs ou au sein de foncières spécialisées bureau.
Vos résultats commerciaux témoignent de votre rigueur, de votre esprit d’initiative et de de votre ténacité au service de vos clients.
Vous faites preuve d’esprit d’équipe et votre enthousiasme au quotidien vous permet de transmettre vos convictions.
Une bonne maîtrise orale et écrite de l’anglais ainsi qu’une aisance dans l’utilisation des outils digitaux sont nécessaires.
