La Business Unit Projets & Composants de Framatome est au centre de l'intégration EPC - Engineering / Procurement / Construction - de la chaudière nucléaire. Nos équipes assurent la gestion des projets de construction de nouveaux réacteurs et de remplacement de composants pour les réacteurs en exploitation. Elles conçoivent et fabriquent au sein de nos usines les composants lourds et mobiles du circuit primaire.
Notre business unit compte près de 2 400 personnes qui apportent chaque jour à nos clients dans le monde entier des solutions sûres, compétitives et innovantes, en toute sécurité.

**Description de la mission**:
Le **Programme EPR2** recherche un(e) **Project Manager F/H** en charge de piloter une partie de l’exécution du projet, sur le site FRAMATOME de Saint-Marcel (71).

Au sein de l’équipe Projet EPR2 et sous la responsabilité du Senior Project Manager, le Project Manager EPR2 assure le pilotage d’un périmètre d’activités (sur l’un des Equipements -gros composants
- de la Chaudière Nucléaire) dont il a la responsabilité, conformément au contrat et aux procédures projet. Il/Elle est responsable de la satisfaction du client, du coût global, du respect des délais, de la sûreté et de la performance qualité du projet.

Au quotidien, vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Assurer la performance globale de votre périmètre (sécurité, coûts, planning, qualité et valeur acquise) dans le respect des procédures et instructions du projet;
- Produire le reporting de votre périmètre (état d’avancement, KPI,), proposer et piloter les plans d’actions associés
- Planifier et diriger l'exécution des activités de votre scope et gérer les différentes interfaces techniques et organisationnelles
- S’assurer de la bonne exécution des contrats d’études et d’équipements et garantir une bonne relation de travail avec les partenaires et fournisseurs,
- Représenter le projet auprès du client, construire et maintenir une bonne relation de travail,
- Instruire les éléments relatifs aux événements contractuels affectant son scope (claim, change)
- Management de l’équipe Projet : pilotage su staffing, pilotage de l’activité et animation de l’équipe

Poste avec une forte composante technique, au sein de l’usine de Saint-Marcel, vous travaillez en interface régulière avec l’ensemble des services internes (ingénierie et usine) et des sous-traitants, vous êtes proche du terrain et des opérations.

Titulaire d’u diplôme d’Ingénieur ou équivalent de niveau bac+5, vous avez une expérience d’au moins 8 ans dans une fonction similaire au sein d’un projet.
