Trainee Solicitor

**Primary Responsibilities And Duties**

The trainee will have exposure to the following areas:

- Corporate / Projects;
- Transactional Shipping / Ship Finance;
- Commercial Contracts; and
- Contentious Shipping / Litigation.

**Experience**

Paralegal experience preferred.

Background in the shipping industry preferred

**Qualifications**
- Completed the Legal Practice Course, SQE or be eligible to complete the SQE.
- Passed LLB or higher undergraduate degree (English or other common law jurisdiction) with a 2.1.
- Graduated from one of the top 20 UK Universities.
