Vous intégrerez l'équipe Brands Finance & Operation. Cette équipe est en charge de la planification et du suivi des performances des Marques 3DS.

L'équipe définit et exploite des indicateurs clés de performance tels que les ventes, le chiffre d'affaires, le nombre d'utilisateurs, la capacité de compétences de notre équipe de vente spécialisée pour chacune des marques.

L'objectif général de ce rôle est d'acquérir de l'expérience et de la formation tout en participant aux tâches et projets du département dans les domaines de l'analyse et de la numérisation. Ces tâches seront liées aux opérations, aux rapports, à la planification et à l'examen hebdomadaire.

**Vos futurs défis**

Voici vos futures missions, la liste est non exhaustive:

- Assister l'analyste financier dans ses responsabilités quotidiennes
- Mettre à jour et analyser les rapports pour la performance des revenus
- Maintenir les rapports via les outils 3DS
- Travail dans le cadre de la procédure immobilisation
- Augmenter les outils informatiques de reporting automatisés pour augmenter l'efficacité
- Accent mis sur la mise en œuvre d'une structure de rapport automatisée (par exemple, tableau de bord/carte de pointage à l'aide de la plate-forme 3DEXPERIENCE, TM1, etc.)
- Prise en charge des rapports d'activité hebdomadaires avec un accent particulier sur les rapports et l'analyse
- Expérience de visualisation numérique de classe mondiale pour toutes les parties prenantes
- Surveiller et distribuer les données de performance clés et d'autres rapports au besoin
- Accompagnement dans le processus de planification et de prévision des activités
- Harmoniser le Brand Reporting de 3DS avec des idées innovantes
- Projets ponctuels

**Vos atouts pour réussir**

Etudiant.e en cursus Bac+5 en école de commerce ou master universitaire, vous avez une spécialisation en Data et/ou en Finance.

Compétences techniques recherchées:

- Solides compétences MS Office, en particulier Excel
- Anglais courant
- TM1 IBM Knowledge est un plus
- Compétences en DATA avec un accent sur les outils d'automatisation
- Solides compétences analytiques

Compétences humains recherchées:

- Approche de travail structurée selon des normes de qualité élevées
- Bonne attention aux détails, à la prise de décision et à la résolution de problèmes

Type de contrat : Convention de stage de 6 mois
