Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses équipes, SNEF recrute un.e PMO expérimenté.e pour notre direction régionale IDF.

Rattaché.e au Directeur de la Performance Opérationnelle, vous êtes le vecteur et le référent de la politique PO auprès de toutes les entités de la Direction Régionale IDF de la BU SNEF FRANCE.
Votre quotidien:
SUPPORT à la GESTION DE PROJET

Apporter un support PMO aux agences et grands projets SNEF France de la région IdF en cohérence avec les enjeux stratégiques et priorités identifiées par le Directeur Régional:

- Sensibilisation / Formation des équipes et Déploiement / Aide à la prise en main des outils SNEF de pilotage de projet
- Soutien opérationnel aux Project Managers sur l'ensemble des activités du pilotage de Grands Projets : organisation (humaines et matérielles), gestion contractuelle (négociations, avenants), communication, gestion des risques et des opportunités, gestion financière, reporting interne et externe, gestion du planning et du suivi de l'avancement, phases de lancement et clôture d'affaire, REX, etc.

Vos missions ponctuelles:
AMELIORATION CONTINUE DES PROCEDES

Contribuer à l'amélioration du référentiel Gestion de projet de la BU SNEF France, dans le cadre des missions centrales pluridisciplinaires de la Direction de la Performance Opérationnelle (Qualité, PMO, Excellence Opérationnelle, BIM), en s'inscrivant dans une démarche LEAN.
- Proposer des axes d’amélioration;
- Partager les bonnes pratiques ;
- Elaborer des standards et des outils en accord avec les principes de l'Excellence Opérationnelle et du Project Management Office

De formation BAC+5, vous bénéficiez d'une expérience mínimale de 5 ans en maîtrise technique de pilotage de projet en tant que PMO ou Project Manager.
Des compétences techniques en lots techniques (CVC ou CFO/CFA) seront fortement appréciées.
Vous avez une maîtrise du Pack Office et un niveau avancé sous Excel et, une pratique des outils tel que MS Project et/ou des logiciels de pilotage de projets LEAN (TEAMOTY, LEANCO,..)
Vous disposez d'excellentes qualités relationnelles, esprit d'équipe, sens du résultat, rigueur et ténacité, autonomie et capacité d'adaptation
Habilitation requise: certification PMP et/ou Prince 2.
