**Live-out (with potential overnight stay in villa) Private PA - Roquebrune Cap Martin // Urgent active search**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assisting The Principal on all personal daily issues and tasks of various nature 24/7.
- If both parents are absent from the villa (on a trip), then the PA must be physically present in the villa.
- Monitor and coordinate the process to ensure that all The Principals instructions are completed on time and efficiently by the relevant team members. (Laundresses, housekeepers, drivers, etc.)
- Assisting The Principal with shopping, opening packages, organizing new things and also gifts for her friends
- Organize the personal daily correspondence of The Principal.
- Organizing the signing of documents by The Principal and further actions with the signed documents.
- Monitor medical appointments/appointments of The Principal in her calendar and pre-fill out all documents necessary for a visit to the doctor.
- Do written translations of documents and personal correspondence and telephone messages into French, Russian and English for The Principal. Also, sometimes the physical presence and assistance of The Principal as a simultaneous interpreter is necessary.
- Opening and organizing the contents of all parcels and purchases from boutiques and Absolutely every item must be registered, numbered and laid out accordingly.
- Assisting The Principal in packing suitcases for trips and also unpacking them upon return.
- Keep strict control and records of all medical supplies that are in the villa.
- All medications must be registered, laid out accordingly, and also a mandatory periodic check of the expiration date of a particular medication
- Help new personnel adapt and integrate into the team. Familiarization and explanation of all protocols and rules of the house of The Principal and her family to new staff who are starting a new position at the villa.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role within a high-end or luxury environment.
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Personal Attributes:
- Discreet, trustworthy, and reliable.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and schedules.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- French and English mandatory, other language beneficial
