**About the team**
- The Product Management team is composed of strategic thinkers and influencers who share one overarching goal: make innovation happen. Equativ is a product-driven organization, and this team is the critical bridge between business, design and technical solutions: it gathers the needs of end-users, evaluates market trends and our competition, uses this information to identify what features bring the most value to our clients, transforms it into actionable roadmaps and drives developments with the engineering team.

**✏️ Your mission**:

- Directly reporting to our Lead Product Designer, you will work in close collaboration with Product Managers, Developers and client facing teams to understand customers’ expectations, and to define, implement and monitor the best user experiences in our products. Your responsibility will be to ensure the required level of quality and consistency of our UX by collecting user feedback, analyzing platforms and features usage and making sure our products are designed in the most simple, modern, ergonomic and user-centric way
- The value propositions and user personas, and therefore the product design requirements and success criteria, differ depending on the side of the advertising value chain addressed by our products. On the sell-side, publishers expect us to provide the best tradeoff between efficiency and clarity of the ad operations workflows and an important level of flexibility and customization capabilities to address a wide variety of business cases and implementations. On the buy-side of the market, the UX we propose to media buyers and curators should be designed with the objective to optimize the conversion rate, customer retention and ultimately ad spending.
- You will need to organize and structure user behavior analysis by setting up analytics, dashboards and KPIs follow-up processes. This data, combined with direct qualitative feedback collected from customers interviews, workshops and internal teams, should allow you to feed Product Managers with actionable insights to build the product roadmap.
- You will be in the lead of the Product Design expertise for Equativ’s buy-side products, working with the team of Product Managers in charge to deliver together the best UI for our new products and the optimization of existing ones. We expect you to follow and optimize the main existing UX and UI principles already set up by the team, and contribute to the acceleration of the growth of our demand business.
- You will need to animate processes to ease the collaboration with Product Managers and Developers. In this context, you will be contributing to the management and improvement of the design system and will need to define and enforce clear guidelines and control procedures to ensure the proper integration of the UI and the general consistency of Equativ’s UX.
- Your ability to engage directly with users, to identify new design trends, to implement tools and best practices and to communicate around them will allow you to reinforce the business impact of the Product Design team at Equativ

**About you**:

- Recognized product design academic path
- 2 to 5 years of UX/UI work experience on SaaS B2B products
- Knowledge of web analytics softwares (Pendo, GTM, Intercom,)
- Perfect proficiency with advanced design tools (Sketch, Zeplin, Protopie,)
- Good knowledge of web software development and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)
- Pragmatic and business-driven mindset: UX/UI as a driver for business development
- Ability to organize user research and engage directly with strategic customers
- Curiosity for complex use cases and workflows
- Ability to work in agile environments (design sprints, collaborative tools: JIRA / Confluence / Slack, Scrum development methodology)
- Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
- First experience in the ad tech industry would be a plus
