We are looking for up to **5x "Project Manager(s)" in STRASBOURG **(100% on-site, EU-nationals ONLY)** to start a 220-day contract **(plus additional 220-days foreseen) for **an international Org' client in Strasbourg.**

**EU nationals ONLY (**due to the "EU" security certifications required). We **can't accept any longer UK**-consultants, as long they don't have EU-SECRET clearance or another EU-citizenship.

- **This role will be 100% onsite in Strasbourg as long the restrictions are lifted.**:

- **This is a real longterm contract with **possibility of extension based on performance and budget availability (initial 220 day contract, where additional 2x220 = **440 days in total** are foreseen for this contract).
- **EU nationals ONLY** (due to the "EU" security certifications required). We can't accept any longer UK-consultants, as long they don't have EU-scurity-clearance or another EU-citizenship (after Brexit the UK-consultant can't get any longer "EU" security clearances, which is mandatory for this position).

**TASKS**
- Manage the implementation of IT projects to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality;
- Manage and deliver highly complex IT projects in accordance with Project Management Office (PMO) standards;
- Understand project goals and objectives, and ensure that projects are setup to achieve these goals;
- Define and manage the scope, schedule, budget and plan for projects throughout the life cycle;
- Define communications plans and maintain excellent overall communications throughout the project;
**SKILLS**
- Minimum 4 years of relevant education (master or equivalent) after the secondary school,
- Minimum 9 years of IT professional experience, of which: Minimum 6 years of experience with a project management methodology (eg Prince2),
- Experience as a Project Manager, Programme Manager or Project Management Officer (PMO) within a structured project environment;
- IT project management and development life cycle integration and implementation, (with good understanding of Prince 2 and/or PMI principles);
- Service management/Delivery Experience and Understanding;
- Experience of industry-standard IT Governance practices;
- IT Performance management/Metrics expertise;
- Knowledge of Organisational Change and process improvement methodologies eg Lean Six Sigma Black Be
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum eg Scrum Master Experience in process assessment using methodologies as CMMi, Cobit, P2MM, Project/Programme management and implementation of project tools.
