As a Vice President you will have the opportunity to build relationships, generate deals, bring in business and develop junior resources in Analyst and Associates.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for leading focused streams of work around specific client needs. To support Directors and Managing Directors in developing tactical plans within the broader GCIB strategic mandate, specific to the targeted client group.
- Begin building relationships to generate deals & bring in business
- Central point of contact between clients, lawyers, financial regulators & legal teams involved in all deals
- Manage and develop direct junior (Analyst and Associate) resources and activities across the global franchise to deliver the Bank’s products and services to the client
- To ensure the Bank’s activities are conducted in a compliant and risk-free manner
- Responsible for the attraction and development of junior talent and following such performance management procedures as the company’s policies dictate, under the guidance of a Director or Managing Director

- Excellent analytical skills are required
- Meticulous attention to detail, diligence, and conscientiousness
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- In depth experience of delivering investment banking products and advisory services to clients
- Significant understanding of credit fundamentals
- Demonstrable ability to understand financing needs and match client needs with the most appropriate product / service
- Team player - evidence of having built, developed, and led teams
- Fluency in French & English is essential and a third European language a plus
- Educated to degree level (preferably in a numerical discipline such as economics or finance)
